Text Neck

A good post reminding us to be mindful of our posture when using phones. Head up, eyes down... (not head down which can soon become a strained neck). If you start to feel pain in your body, take action, where possible make achievable adaptations in your life and seek effective treatment to help relieve your symptoms and rebalance your structure.
